The Book of Light
Intuition is like little flashes of light. I have to be quick to catch them at the right moment, so I can follow them. Things that help intuition are mindfulness, listening to your body, observing your energy levels and daily meditation. Things that hurt intuition are stress, constant busyness, constant connectivity to digital devices, being disconnected from your body, experiencing emotional abuse, and not trusting yourself. I’m learning to trust myself so I can use intuition as a guiding force in my life.
